This tax is not included in the price of your accommodation and will be charged upon arrival at your chosen holiday accommodation. The new cost is between €1.10-€4.40 per person, per night for adults. Under 16s are exempt from the tax. Between November 1st - April 30th, there will be a 75% discount. There is a 50% discount on the tax from the ninth day of your stay.Eco Tax conditions are set by the local government and are subject to change.

Over this time they have updated the apartments and this time we had air conditioning, which is not essential but very welcome.The 1 bedroom apartments are a good size with large balconies, most of which give some sea view and several also overlook the clean, comfortable pool area.The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the apartments cleaned daily.We stay in this locality regularly as we enjoy diving with Sea Horse Dive Centre on the local beach and love the laid back vibe of the place with several Spanish bars/restaurants. Torrent Bay is far enough away from San Antonio not to be affected by it, but close enough by boat/ bus/ on foot to visit easily. We have found that these are the nicest apartments in the area and much more relaxing than the couple of all inclusive hotels nearby.If you want modern 5.

A great place to stayElaine Box, PooleThe hotel is clean and the rooms we had (a mixture of the bungalows and hotel room) were exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The facilities in the rooms were brilliant thinking of all your needs such as iron and ironing board and fully equipped kitchen.

It felt like a home from home.The only niggle I have is that one of our rooms were not ready on time and a couple of our guests (we were a group of 10 adults) had to wait for their room for 3 hours in the lobby of the hotel with no refreshments offered.The location is great for the beach (a stones throw) with a great resturaunt ES VIROT and family run breakfats resturaunt. Local shop with very friendly helpful staff. Ideal for a young family or mature adults. There is a bus route very local to take you to other parts of the Island or into St Antonio.St Antonio is also walkable from the hotel though takes about an hour but plently of shops and bars on the way to relax in.The pools are child and adult friendly and great area to relax in the sunWill DEFINATELY be booking again next year. THE APARTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS, INFACT THE WHOLE PLACE AND EVERYTHING IN IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. VERY SPACIOUS TOO.

STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. POOL AREA WAS QUIET AND VERY CLEAN AND ALWAYS PLENTY OF SUN BEDS NO MATTER WHEN YOU ARRIVED AT THE POOL. THERE IS NO POOL/SNACK BAR BUT A FEW PLACES A COUPLE OF MINUTES AWAY AND A SUPERMARKET RIGHT BESIDE THE APARTMENTS. THE BEACH IS ALSO A FEW MINUTES AWAY.

IT IS SANDY BUT THERE ARE ALOT OF STONES ALONG THE WATER'S EDGE WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO GET INTO THE WATER. FERRIES LEAVE FROM THE BEACH FOR SAN ANTONIO AND THE BEACHES OF CALA BASSA & CALA CONTA WHICH ARE GORGEOUS.

IT IS A QUIET AREA WITH NOT MANY SHOPS, RESTAURANTS ETC CLOSE BY AS THE APARTMENTS ARE AT THE OUTER END OF PORT DES TORRENT BUT A WALK OF ABOUT 15-20 MINS TAKES YOU INTO TOWN WHERE THERE IS EVERYTHING. TAXIS COST ABOUT 5 EUROS FROM APARTMENTS TO PORT DES TORRENT CENTRE BUT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ONE. TAXIS ARE ABOUT 11 EUROS TO SAN ANTONIO AND BUSES GO FROM NEAR THE APARTMENTS EVERY HALF HOUR AND COST LESS THAN A EURO.
