I was about to post a small number of my own vector decorative border elements today when I tried to look around and see what else are available for free out there with regards to vector decorative borders and patterns. And I saw tons of great freebies on vector decorative designs. So I set aside my own vector decorative borders for now, selected and featured five excellently designed vector decorative borders and patterns that are available for free from various resources.
